CW Residential's core activity is investment in residential assets,

by way of investment directly in residential investment property, building homes for sale and also by taking investments in other residential based companies. In addition, CW Residential has a health care division.

CW Residential announced that at the AGM of the Company held on 25 June 2009, all resolutions were duly passed, which included shareholder approval for cancellation of the admission of the Company's ordinary shares of 50p each to trading on AIM which was expected to become effective on 31 July 2009.

Following the delisting on 31 July 2009 arrangements are being made with JPJenkins through their matched bargain service. This will enable shareholders to trade their shares through this service via their existing broker and/or by going through the process of opening an account direct with JPJenkins.
