5 February 2009 - Loan from a Director
The Company announces that it has agreed to extend the loans from Robert Dory and Gareth Pearce in the increased sum of GBP545,000 ("the Loan") at 1.5% over Bank of Ireland's Base Rate, with interest being paid at maturity. The increase in the Loan is principally to fund the completion of the Group's Rochester development, and will be repaid from the sales proceeds of flats already exchanged, or on 15April 2009, whichever is the earlier.
Both Robert Dory and Gareth Pearce are substantial shareholders in,
and directors of, the Company. The Loan is therefore a Related Party
Transaction as defined by AIM Rule 13.
In the absence of any
independent directors, Teathers, nominated adviser to the Company,
is satisfied that the terms of the Loan are fair and reasonable
insofar as the Company's shareholders are concerned.

27 October 2008 - Loan from a Director
The Company announces that it has agreed a loan of up to GBP400,000 from Robert Dory and Gareth Pearce ("the Loan"). The Loan is unsecured and bears interest at 6% per annum, with interest being paid on maturity. The Loan, which will principally fund the completion of the Group's Rochester development, will be repaid from the sales proceeds of flats already exchanged, or on 31 December 2008, whichever is the earlier.
Both Robert Dory and Gareth Pearce are substantial shareholders in, and directors of, the Company. The Loan is therefore a Related Party Transaction as defined by AIM Rule 13.
In the absence of any independent directors, Teathers Limited (in administration), nominated adviser to CW Residential, is satisfied that the terms of the Loan are fair and reasonable insofar as the Company's shareholders are concerned.

Further to the announcement today of the preliminary results for the year ended 31 December 2007, CW Residential plc ("the Company") announces that, subject to shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on 12 June 2008, the final dividend of 1.88p per ordinary share will be paid to shareholders on 18 June 2008. The ex dividend date will be 21 May 2008 and the corresponding record date will be 23 May 2008.
